Court weighs whether Drug Companies can pay to delay Generics
If so then America is really messed up. Then we know that our government is in their pockets. That is a monopolistic action. Them wanting us to pay out the ass for their drugs should not stymie competition. Just like in all other business a company should succeed by giving the people want they want.

I want a progressive society, not a progressive government. A progressive government means that our society has failed us and is lazy.
