South African CARDINAL says Pedophilia is not a crime
South African who helped elect the new pope told the BBC that pedophilia is an illness and not a crime. It is a disorder and needs to be treated.
"From my experience, pedophilia is actually an illness. It's not a criminal condition, it's an illness,"
"Now don't tell me that those people are criminally responsible like somebody who chooses to do something like that. I don't think you can really take the position and sat that person deserves to be punished. He was himself damaged."
For those of you that are Christians, how can you possibly be associated with a hierarchy that condones this kind of ideology? Do you accept this gibberish? This man helped elect your pope.
Is this why we are becoming more secular as a nation? Yes. This and so many other reasons.
