why not Wednesday?
instead of making people get a day here and a day there without there mail, you chose to fuck them two days in a row. So, people that get their important mail on Monday now get their mail on Tuesday... for all you mothers that get your child support on monday, expect it on whatever day the Post office feels like to deliver it.
