An award winning highway patrol officer in Utah arrested many innocent civilians of DUI over her whole career. Over 40 people filed suits against her. She of ALL people should know how damaging a DUI can be to a person. This officer is the lowest of the lowest of all people on this Earth. She is down there with Death Row inmates that are innocent.
