Family Sues Petco because Son died from Rat-Bite Fever
If you grew up in America in the last 100 years you would know that rats can cause infections. In fact, they caused Black Death that killed most of Europe during the "Black Death". You shouldn't be allowed to sue for your own stupidity.
Police are allowed to ticket us for laws saying that we can't use ignorance of the law to get out of tickets so we shouldn't be allowed to sue due to ignorance also. If it was something obscure i could understand, but rats in your house, c'mon.

I want a progressive society, not a progressive government. A progressive government means that our society has failed us and is lazy.
