Bloomberg loses to a State Judge on banning large sodas. Calls the Overeaching Nanny Gov't law "arbitrary and capricious.
You will always have an uphill battle taking away an individuals right to do something that doesn't harm others. Unless it is catastrophic war. Somehow that is okay. Bloomberg is in the wrong business. Because government should not be our Nannies.

Speeding Cameras
Judge says the town's speeding cameras are "3 card monty" scam. Police say it is for safety. BOSH! Why would taxpayers want their money to go to this?

I want a progressive society, not a progressive government. A progressive government means that our society has failed us and is lazy.
