a woman got a ticket for going 63mph in a 65 zone. She was cited by the piglet for being in the left lane. If I'm not mistaken the left lane is 65. The right lane is also 65. Not much of a difference between 65 and 65. If there is a difference then it should be posted and signed into law. There must be an ulterior motive here and it would probably be that the Upcoming Piggy Ball is coming up and the bar is not paid for yet.
