IRS spends $50 million on 220 conferences between 2010-2012. Bet they have more than 3 wasteful videos out there. Apparently, standard government procedure mandates that the agency negotiates lower room rates at convention centers and hotels. However, agents received gifts and presidential suites. Is someone EVER going to stop this in Washington? Remember that we are in debt?
