Millions in CIA "ghost money" paid to Afghanistan president's office.
With this government, are we surprised? Ghost money equals money that the government stole from its taxpayers and "lost' in it's bureaucracy so that they can do whatever they want and not get questioned later. They also repress this information so that they don't get questioned. Wonder where that money comes from?

I want a progressive society, not a progressive government. A progressive government means that our society has failed us and is lazy.
